Shipping is free. Orders ship from our partner warehouse in the US and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
