Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Change of mind: you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds: once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
